Ordering from narukistore.com is easy. When viewing an item, simply select the size, color and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO CART’.

Once you have your desired items in your Cart, click the ‘CHECK OUT’ button.

Next, enter any discount coupon codes at the top that you may want to use to discount the price.

Finally, complete the Shipping address and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

It is only possible to cancel make a change to your order within 24 hours of placing it. You must immediately contact us (within the 24 hours) with your change/cancellation.

We allow the return and exchange of unworn and non-defective items, If we receive them within 14 days after it was delivered to you.

Delivery costs are charged during checkout. We charge a flat rate shipping fee (shipping fee is for first item only) and additional items in your cart ship free.

Currently we accept PAYPAL and CREDIT CARD Payments only. But we are working to include other payment channels.

We ship out all orders within 2-3 business days via DHL EXPRESS. Delivery date depends on your location and your availability. It takes 1-2 business days within Kenya and 3-5 days internationally.
