We use the address provided at checkout (Kindly confirm your order details to avoid sending packages to the wrong address). We ship our items via DHL Express which take 3-5 days to be delivered.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us and you must return

The items must be returned back to us within 14 days of receipt by you. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item.
However, we will pay the return shipping costs if you received an incorrect or defective item.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 8 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 15 business days).
